Ideal response. JR Jimmy Lane was able to address a difficult issue over the phone . He called our municipal utility and the response was immediate and productive. I would use him for any similar problem in the future.

Our sink clogged, and after trying several home remedies, we called Lane in the early evening and talked to the owner, Jim, as first-time clients. He said he would schedule us for the next morning. Later that evening the sink ran freely; one of the home remedies must have worked after all. We called Jim early in the morning, and he said that he doesn’t believe in trying to fix something that is working, and readily canceled the appointment. He said that he suspected there was still a partial blockage (I agree) and proceeded to give us some good advice on how reduce the likelihood it would clog fully again. So far so good!

We had two very pleasant chats, Jim was clearly very knowledgeable, and we really appreciated his suggesting we cancel the appointment rather than have someone come out and check. Thanks! We’ll definitely call again next time we have a plumbing issue.

Recently called due to a toilet running off and on. Great service, was given my options over phone (repair or replace), price estimates for both options that were fair, and multiple apologies that they could not make it out that day….my issue was not an emergency but I appreciated the prompt scheduling. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I was pleased that the estimate was accurate. Highly recommended

I am somewhat of a jackleg, which means I will try to fix it myself, but replacing the hot water stop under my kitchen sink was way above my level of expertise. I called Lane Plumbing and both the young lady and the owner were very helpful and able schedule me on the same day. Nelson and Ty came out and repaired my cutoff in no time at all and tested and made sure there was not a leak from the hot or the cold water before they left.

Lane Plumbing did an awesome job! They were able to come out the day I reported “knocking” noises in my pipes. They were able to find the problem quickly and get the replacement done right away. Nelson is great! I am very happy with my service.

Great service. I submitted my request online at 8:30 and got a call back within 10 minutes. Nelson and Marco met me at my house at 11:00 and they had finished and cleaned up by 1:30, even after I requested they double the work to replace both my hot water and cold water feeds. The quality of the work was exceptional and the cost was very affordable. I will be telling all my friends about Lane Plumbing!

I am extremely happy with Lane Plumbing. I went on line last night and they called me this morning. I had signed up with another plumber but they called me this morning and said they couldn’t come. The plumbers came out and fixed my faucet, I am extremely happy with their work. I need a bathroom sink fixed and will call them again. Very happy customer.

I had Lane Plumbing replace two toilets in my home. They arrived within two hours of my call and were completed in about two hours. They were extremely cordial, explained all work thoroughly and saved us several hundred dollars because the units were on sale. I will definitely use them again.

I could not have asked for better service! Honesty and upfront quoting! Pricing and service blew it out of the water! (excuse the pun) Didn’t waste my time having to pay for someone to come out to the house for a quote then have to schedule for an appointment. Which would make me lose time from my own work. They gave me great advise, pricing and came when they said they would. ON TIME might I add. I have already recommended them to several people at work! Thank you for your integrity and honesty.
