Jerry Tucker very professional and pleasant. Great job problem fixed in 30 minutes.

Daniel was very thorough and took time to explain to us the issue with our main line. He was very serious about having us feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. We tried a couple of other companies in the area but Lane was by far the best. It’s nice to sleep at night not having to think about our plumbing issues. Thank you so much for treating the job and us with respect.

Lane Plumbing was very professional and prompt with the repair of my faulty shower faucet. The owner and his staff were very friendly and easy to work with in this situation.

I had an outside faucet which became inoperative a few months ago but because we were still in the winter months and not utilized much I choose to wait to repair. Not having a regular plumber, on March 14, I went online (Home Advisor) and received three choices from which I chose Lane Plumbers. Within about 15 minutes I received a call from the owner, Jimmy Lane who listen to my needed repairs, gave me a quote and advised me that he could have a representative there in about 30 minutes. I agreed and as stated two of his men were at my door at the assigned time and after a brief explanation, they wen to work and in approximately 1 hour they were finished and requested I check their work. I did and as all appeared satisfactory I accepted the statement which was exactly as I was quoted and remitted my payment as a satisfied customer. I have waited until now to submit my review to give me time to use the new faucet and further access the repair, I am still very satisfied.

After the replacement of my countertops to granite which included an under mounted 18G sink, Lane Plumbing came out to reconnect the plumbing including installing faucet and garbage disposal. Dan, the plumber discover a serious issue with configuration of the old plumbing pipes which would totally need to be redesigned to work with my new sink. Dan made a second trip back to his shop to get the necessary tools to meet the challenge of attaching new pipes to the sink. His years of experience as a plumber saved me more expense of having to cut into the concrete to attach piping. Thanks Dave for representing Lane Plumbing well!!!

Wow, Lane Plumbing has a customer for life! I called due to a water pressure issue. Mr. Lane was able to analysis the problem over the phone. The techs came the next day, fixed the problem and now the pressure is better than it has ever been. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship. This was an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Contacted Jane at JR Lane plumbing yesterday afternoon. Described to her what I needed. She immediately got me on the phone with the owner, Jimmy Lane and got me all set up for everything needed first thing the very next morning. And at a fantastic value. But too top it all, they sent their very best man out for the job. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented, helpful in explaining, really you won’t find better anywhere. Thanks for your great help!!!

They installed 3 undermount sinks for me. The scheduling process was easy. They did a very good job with the work, taking care not to damage the countertops. They did have to come back to take care of a very minor leak, but did so quickly and without additional cost. I am very happy with the results.

Great work of Installation of valves and pipes for washing machine. Project completed in one day.
